Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in journalism or mass communication or English Literature or creative writing

Language: English fluency must.

Experience: 1 year plus experience

Job description

• Should be well adverse in writing both English and Malayalam textual contents
• Active team coordination. You will have to work closely with multiple departments to ideate and create groundbreaking captions.
• Responsibly produce various content types, including content for social media posts, blogs, emailer, website and print works.
• You should give utmost importance to brand guidelines, brand message, copyright, plagiarism, grammar, sentence framing, context and finally write good simple captions.
• Actively manage and promote blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms for Monolith internal promotions.
• Interact with the creative and digital team to develop creative concepts and executions.
• Upgrade writing skills through self-learning, online programs, reading and subscriptions.
• Use response enhancement techniques in copy, in order to improve response and increase ROI for clients.
• Work towards generating more creative work from existing clients by ideating and working closely with Client Serving team
• Should be capable of writing scripts and captions for small micro animated videos.
